Recently, due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus around the world, every country has strict measures on imports and exports. which affects the import of machinery to produce masks that CP Group has taken orders from China Including the problem of difficult procurement of raw materials. Coupled with the aviation situation from China, the number of flights has decreased more than 70% and the schedule is uncertain. causing the need to adjust the transportation plan of the machines on a day to day basis
because it cannot be predicted clearly. As a result, the CP Group team had to make an important decision by chartering to transport machinery and raw materials to Thailand within the specified time period. By now, the machines can be imported completely. Along with the important raw material is Meltblown, which is a sheet to prevent germs.
It is expected that it will take about a week to assemble the machine and test the system. before it is ready to enter the production process which will receive 3 million masks per month As the senior president has announced

according to production standards The face mask consists of 3 layers. The first layer is a spunbond nonwoven (green) with a hydrophobic coating to increase its waterproofing properties. The next layer is Melt Blow type nonwoven (white) used to prevent germs. And the last layer is spunbond nonwoven (white) by spunbond nonwoven.
