Currently CP Group has delivered 100,000 masks to Chulalongkorn Hospital already.

Senior Chairman Dhanin Chearavanont said he was pleased and very happy that the CP Group could build a factory to produce masks for free to doctors, nurses, medical personnel, as well as the public within 5 weeks. CP recognizes the importance of medical personnel across the country to prevent infection with COVID-19 to give these people the power to protect other people. Therefore, it is very important to produce masks to distribute to all hospitals across the country. Chulalongkorn Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society, will be the organization that takes care of distributing masks to all hospitals in the country and the rest is distributed to the general publicity for free. The current production capacity is targeted at 100,000 pieces per day or 3 million pieces per month. This factory is an automated factory, requiring only 3 operators in the factory to be the most germ-free factory and can be produced 24 hours a day.

Senior Chairman, Dhanin further said that C.P. Group has built a mask factory based on Three-Benefit Principle that must be done for the nation and the public as important. Especially when the country is facing a crisis, if there are more patients, it will result in doctors and hospitals burden. Therefore, CP sees that masks are important protective equipment in this crisis to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The epidemic has spread until the hospital is burdened with heavy burdens. CP does business in Thailand. This is an opportunity that the Group to serve the country in times of crisis by helping to produce masks for doctors, nurses and medical personnel.

“These groups of doctors, nurses and medical personnel risk their lives like soldiers in front of the battlefield. Tired of devoting risk life I admire and am very impressed. which CP has spent 5 weeks going through various obstacles until it was able to build a factory to produce masks successfully. And today it is the duty of Thai people to help each other at home, do not need to come out to be at risk of spreading the virus. This will increase the burden on hospitals and doctors. Therefore, they must be sympathetic and reduce the burden of helping them. Helping the country today, if anyone doesn't have the resources, they can help each other by staying at home, not leaving the house to spread the disease. It's the fastest way to make the country recover. In a crisis like this, we need to help each other. Don't let this disease spread further. It is helping the nation, the government and the hospital,” said the senior CP Group president.
