Service

After the installation is completed, the service team will conduct the test run and commissioning. Compatible with installers and users for the most accuracy, no damage during testing. We also provides technical advice and training for initial use and maintenance.

Service scope

1. Verify the installation of machinery and equipment based on Engineering compliance and the installation manual from the manufacturer.
2. Check all utility works such as electrical & control system, compressed air system, lubricant system, etc.
3. Blank Machinery Test (Dry Test)
4. Machinery Test with Raw Material (Wet Test)
5. Test Commissioning and adjust the parameters to suit the system.
